Recently I ate at 51 cafe. I had the prime rib. it was tough to eat and was very bland, even though it was a dollar an oz it was not worth it. I should have went to a steak house. Some values are not worth it.
However the chicken and rice soup was great.

Cozy atmosphere, friendly people. Just like the old fashioned diners back home. Breakfast is excellent. You won't be disappointed.
